KEC was born out of concern for public health—to ban glyphosate and other toxic herbicides in timber production practices. KEC helps its members learn about and advocate for replacing the use of glyphosate and other toxic herbicides in forests, roadsides, and gardens with other ways of treating unwanted vegetation.
